The service is currently in beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change without prior notice.
By creating an account or using Conc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Conc is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time during the beta period.
AI-generated material recommendations are suggestions based on available data and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation.
Users are responsible for independently verifying material specifications, availability, pricing, and fitness for their specific project requirements before making purchasing or specification decisions.
The Conc service, including its design, code, AI models, and curated material database, is the intellectual property of Conc. Users retain ownership of their own content (conversations, saved collections).
Material images and information displayed in the service may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. Use of such content outside the service may require separate permission from rights holders.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). Billing terms, refund policies, and payment processing are subject to Polar's terms of service.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service or your access at any time, with or without cause. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on AI recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
